He's Dead, She's Dead.
In a respite from the media's usual "he said, she said"version of balance all three cable networks have apparently gone insane with this obsessive/compulsive coverage of Schiavo/Pope.
They say due to the laws of chance a monkey could sit down at a typewriter and write Shakespeare. I never believed that, but I do think one could run a cable news network. Here's my "Week In Review" summary of the news:
Schiavo, Schiavo, Schiavo, Schiavo, Schiavo, Pope, Pope, Pope, Pope, Pope.
THEY'RE DEAD. IT'S OVER. LET'S MOVE ON. FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!
By the way, isn't it about time for them to raise the terror alert?
